Retail and ecommerce
The volume in a single queue, with answers cited to your catalogue
The problem
During a promotion it all arrives at once: where is my order, can I swap the size, why was I charged twice. It comes in over WhatsApp, email, the site chat and the phone, each channel with its own inbox and its own way of being forgotten. Nobody knows the first response time because nobody agrees where the clock starts. And the returns answer somebody improvised on a Friday turns into a promise you now have to honour.
What we do
Neuro Desk pulls the four channels into one queue, classifies by intent and urgency, and answers what it can resolve from your catalogue and your policies as the knowledge base, citing where each answer came from. Anything outside that goes to a person with the context already summarised, because mid promotion a bad automated answer costs more than the automation saves. Neuro CRM keeps the record current for the buyers worth following up and leaves the next email drafted for a person to review, and Neuro Performance ties what you spent on campaigns to what actually sold.
- WhatsApp, email, site chat and voice in one queue, classified by intent and urgency
- Returns, warranty and shipping answers cited to the current document rather than improvised
- Human escalation designed in from the start, with the customer context already summarised
- First response and resolution measured per channel, so one season can be compared with the last
- Spend, leads, conversions, CPL and ROAS in one view, every figure traceable to its source and period
The modules behind it
Nothing is built from zero. Each solution is a combination of modules that already exist, fitted to your operation.
Neuro Desk
This is the module that carries the sector: retail volume lands on four channels at once, and without a single queue first response time does not even exist as a number.
Neuro CRM
It keeps the relationship alive with the buyers worth chasing (wholesale, high ticket, repeat purchase): the record updates from the actual conversation and the next email is drafted for a person to review before it goes out.
Neuro Performance
It closes the loop between campaign spend and sales, and when CPL jumps in the middle of a promotion it names the campaign, the amount and the evidence instead of leaving you waiting for Monday's report.

Thread
Hi, order MX-4471 has shown as delivered since yesterday but I never received anything.
I can see it, Marisol. The parcel was marked delivered at 18:40 at the reception desk.
Reception has no record of it.
Reply proposed by the agent
I will open a trace with the carrier (48 working hours) and, if it does not turn up, we reship at no cost. Shall I confirm here in this chat?

What is only true in this industry
The catalogue and stock are the knowledge base
In retail the knowledge base is not a stable manual: it is the catalogue, the product pages and availability, and all of that changes daily. So the source is indexed from your own systems and every answer carries the reference it came from. When a stock figure is not available, the agent says so and escalates instead of promising an item you no longer have.
The returns policy gets cited, not improvised
In Mexico the consumer relationship is supervised by Profeco, and your published returns and warranty policy is the document a buyer will hold you to. So automated answers are cited back to the current version of that document, and there is a record of what was answered, from which source and when. We are not selling you compliance: we are giving you the traceability so your legal team can check exactly what was said.
Order status lives in your store and in the carrier
Your customers' most common question is not a doubt, it is a data lookup: where is my order. A model does not answer that, your ecommerce platform or ERP does, together with carrier tracking, so integrating those sources is part of the project rather than an extra. If the system does not respond, the agent says so and escalates instead of guessing a delivery date.
What to expect
What you can expect is a queue where all four channels land in the same place, with a status and an owner visible on every conversation, first level answers with their source on show, and a real first response number that did not exist before. How much gets resolved without a human depends on how tidy your catalogue, your returns policy and your access to order status actually are: if that information is scattered or stale, the agent escalates more and automates less, which is exactly what it should do. We are not going to promise you a deflection percentage before reading your real conversations.
