Public sector
Serve citizens without losing the trail
The problem
The counter takes in more requests than the team can work through, and the team is not getting bigger. Every case has a deadline, every file has to be findable months later, and every answer given has to hold up against a complaint, an audit or a freedom of information request. Meanwhile the day goes into answering the same question over and over and hunting for which folder the March letter ended up in.
What we do
Neuro Desk drops every request into one queue, whether it came in by WhatsApp, email, the portal or the phone, and answers from the documents you load into it, the rules that apply, the internal criteria and the procedure guides, citing which document each statement came from. It does not interpret the law or decide a case: anything that needs legal judgement or a determination goes to a person with the case already summarised, because leaving a citizen holding a wrong automated answer costs more than any deflection saving. Neuro Intelligence lets you ask your own data questions in plain language, read-only, with every indicator definition on show. Neuro Ops, which is still in design, keeps the log: what ran, on what input, what came back and who owns it.
- One queue for whatever arrives by WhatsApp, email, portal or phone, with first response time measurable per channel
- Answers cited back to the source, so the citizen and the reviewer both see which document each statement came from
- Escalation to a person with the case already summarised, designed before any containment target: the agent does not interpret the rules
- A voice channel alongside the portal, because not every citizen arrives through a web page
- A per-run log with input, output, errors and owner, for when someone asks you to account for a decision (Neuro Ops, still in design)
The modules behind it
Nothing is built from zero. Each solution is a combination of modules that already exist, fitted to your operation.
Neuro Desk
It carries this sector, because the volume comes in through the service channels and here the path out to a human matters more than the deflection rate. It answers from the documents you load and names the one it used, rather than writing from memory.
Neuro Intelligence
It covers the case file and reporting side: querying your own data without depending on whoever knows how to build the pivot table, read-only, with every indicator definition visible. It is in beta.
Neuro Ops
It leaves the trail that is not optional in government: every run recorded with its input, its output, its errors and its owner, for when someone asks for an explanation. It is in design, so its scope is agreed with you before anything starts.

Hi, order MX-4471 has shown as delivered since yesterday but I never received anything.
I can see it, Marisol. The parcel was marked delivered at 18:40 at the reception desk.
Reception has no record of it.
Reply proposed by the agent
I will open a trace with the carrier (48 working hours) and, if it does not turn up, we reship at no cost. Shall I confirm here in this chat?

What is only true in this industry
Every action has to be explainable later
In government the question is not only whether the answer was right, but whether you can show where it came from. So every agent answer carries a citation to the document behind it, and every run is recorded with its input, its output, its errors and its owner. Whether that control is enough for the rules that apply to you is your legal team's call, not ours; what we can describe is what gets recorded, who reviews it and how you read it back later. The per-run record lives in Neuro Ops, which is in design.
The data lives in the case file, not in a table
Scanned letters, paper forms, minutes and annexes that were never a database. Before Neuro Intelligence can answer questions about any of it, an OCR and vision layer turns those documents into structured data, and that conversion gets reviewed rather than assumed correct.
Procurement, long cycles and systems already under contract
Nothing here starts next week: there is a budget line, a requesting unit and a process that owns the calendar. That is why the modules sit as a layer on top of the document manager, the service desk or the citizen portal you already run, instead of asking you to replace them, and the scope is split into stages so the first one fits inside what is already approved.
What to expect
What changes is that the repetitive request gets answered from the document that already settles it, instead of queueing behind a complex case, and the team keeps the files that actually need judgement, with a record behind each one for when a decision has to be explained. We do not publish figures from other agencies and we will not promise you a deflection percentage: how much of the queue clears without a person depends on something that is not on our side, whether your criteria and the rules you apply are written down and reachable, and whether every escalation path has a named owner. Neuro Intelligence is in beta and Neuro Ops is in design, so their scope is agreed with you before anything starts, and in practice the calendar tends to depend more on procurement than on the build.
